CIVIC WAVE: Was a community engagement project that was presented to solve a problem for the City of Medford in Medford, Oregon. It was designed specifically to solve budget constraints, staff constraints, and community safety issues with the Medford Police Department. After reviewing their annual reports, I was able to find multiple overlaps in staff. This plan was going to cost the city an additional zero dollars due to the overlap. This is the community engagement proposal.
